14 Days Return Warranty

We always take pride in our product quality and our strict quality control. In order to provide you with maximum peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 14 Days Return Warranty. Defective merchandises are subject to refund within 14 days after delivery, these defective problems are including but not limited to stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, very poor quality materials, obvious color difference, and the major difference between the photographed product and the actual product you have received.

I Return Process

If you had any problem after receiving your item, please send email to our customer service:support@roseglam-beauty.com

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process: 

1. Please inform us your order number, describe the issue of the product and provide us pictures that can display the problem.
2. Once we have received your complaint emails in our customer service's inbox, we will reply you in 24 hours.
3. Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. The return address that provided by our customer service is available only! Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.

If you meet the above criteria, you can take a  photo or record a video to prove it. And sent it to support@roseglam-beauty.com

Once we confirm that the products cannot work, we will refund or exchange. These problems will be solved within 3 business days.

II Return Policy 

1. You can return items within 14 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service, we are always here to serve you. All you need is to contact us, and describe the problem or the return reason along with your order number in your emails.
2. The product you want to send back should be in same condition as once it sent out and it should not be worn out or washed and the label should be attached.
3. We are responsible or partially responsible for all the following defective items within 14 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, and major difference between the photographed product and the product that you have received.
4. Do not accept any complaints and indemnities due to the wrong size by personal reason.
5. We can allow the return once we have received all information in point. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
6. No exchange or return on promotional items.
7. We can't accept returns on underwear and swimwear (for health and hygiene reasons) 
8. Jackets made of real fur are non-returnable, they are specially made. 
9. Sisy High heels cannot be exchanged because they are specially produced for the customer. 

III Exchange& Refund

You are guaranteed of returning the item(s) and obtaining a refund once we received your returned items.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.

Roseglam is not liable for problems under the following:

Size doesn't fit

Customer‘s subjective factors and just dislikes the item.

1. Please inform us the return tracking number after you returned your items.

ⅤI Late Or Missing Refunds

Generally, the refund amount will reach the account within 1-8 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
1. You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within14 days of receipt.

2. Flash sale products, Special offer products, Jewelry are not covered by warranty and non-returnable.

3. Return items must be received in new condition, unwashed, unstained. Damage or stain caused by customers may result in partial refund up to 50% of total payment.

4. Any address on the parcel is not approved return address, and we don't accept the returned package without authorized return address from customer service representative.

5. We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Please return through your local post office to avoid tax when it arrives in our country.

7. For the returns, No signature required! Please do not add signature service otherwise we are highly likely not to receive it and this will delay your refund progress.

8. Please also do not mail any envelopes to the return address for inquiry, we will discard the letter automatically. The best way to communicate and solve your problem is through our ticket system or online chat! 

9. Jackets made of real fur are non-returnable, they are specially made.

Am I allowed to return or exchange the order?
You can return or exchange within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions, if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept the return & exchange within 14 days of receipt, please make sure items in new condition. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

Can I have a full refund for the return?
We will offer full refund of the items you returned. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

What if my package was refused or was undeliverable?
Want to reship a refused or undeliverable package? No problem. We offer free resend as soon as the previous order returned.

Please refer to the sizing charts of each bikini for a more informed decision on your bikini fit. All sizing is as per the size chart in each description. 

Designed to best fit cup sizes A-D

Fit tips: The Laura top is designed to fit a bit snugger to hold your bust and boost the side and under cleavage. If you have a larger cup size, please consider upsizing.
