Return & Exchange Policy

 

I. Easy Return Process

 

If you experience any issues after receiving your order, please contact our customer service team at support@roseglam-beauty.com before sending anything back.


To ensure a smooth process:


  1. Provide your order number, describe the issue, and include photos or videos showing the problem.
  2. Our team will reply within 48 hours with the authorized return address.
  3. Please do not send returns to the address on your original package. Only the address provided by our customer service is valid.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.


II. Return Policy

  • You may return items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend tracked and insured shipping.
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage may be eligible only for a partial refund (up to 50%).
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Hygiene-sensitive products (underwear, swimwear, opened beauty items)
    • Jewelry, flash sale items, promotional products
    • Replica items and Sisy High Heels (custom-made)

  • Replica products and Sisy High Heels must be returned by the customer at their own cost. We do not arrange pickup or provide prepaid labels for these items.


III. Exchanges & Refunds

 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–8 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after this time:
    1. Check your bank account.
    2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary).
    3. Contact your bank.


If your package was refused or undeliverable and you would like it reshipped, please contact us. We offer one free reshipment after the item is returned to us.

 

IV. Shipping & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for packages that are unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
  • If the order is returned to us because of these reasons, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

 

V. Important Notes

  • Any address printed on the original parcel is not an authorized return address. Please always wait for confirmation from our team.
  • We do not accept returns via C.O.D. service.
  • To avoid extra customs fees, please return through your local postal service and do not select signature-required service.
  • Unauthorized returns without prior approval may be discarded and will not be refunded.
