Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at support@roseglam-beauty.com of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. email).
Return Address
The valid return address will be provided by our customer service team via email after you contact us.
❗ Please do not send returns to the sender address printed on your parcel, as this address is not authorized for returns and cannot process incoming goods.
Refusal of Acceptance
If you refuse to accept the delivery without prior agreement, please note that the parcel cannot be automatically returned to our warehouse, as our logistics centers are located outside the EU and returns are only processed via the authorized return address provided by our customer service.
In the event of a refusal of acceptance, the goods are typically destroyed by the carrier or customs authorities in accordance with international shipping and customs regulations.
Therefore, we expressly point out that:
- A refusal of acceptance does not constitute a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal under § 355 BGB (German Civil Code).
- The risk of loss or destruction of the goods after an unjustified refusal of acceptance is borne by the customer, pursuant to § 446 BGB.
- Since the goods cannot return to our authorized warehouse, no refund or replacement can be issued in such cases.
Please contact our support team at support@roseglam-beauty.com before refusing any parcel to arrange a proper return process.
Return Costs
- You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
- Exception: If the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return costs.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Excluded from returns are:
- Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., underwear, swimwear, opened beauty products)
- Jewelry, gift items, and sale/promotional products
- Custom-made and personalized items (e.g., “Sisy High Heels”, replica products)
- Products made of real fur, due to the sensitive nature of the material and hygiene reasons!
Return & Refund Policy – Real Fur Products
Exclusion of Returns, Refunds and Chargebacks for Real Fur Products:
Products made from real natural fur are strictly excluded from return, exchange, refund, and cancellation.
Due to the nature of real fur as a natural, hygienically sensitive, and non-reusable material, any handling, fitting, or delivery results in an irreversible loss of resale value. Therefore, these products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
This exclusion applies in accordance with international e-commerce principles, including consumer law exceptions for goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature or hygiene sensitivity, as recognized under:
- EU consumer law exemptions (e.g. Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16),
- and equivalent international consumer protection standards, including those applied by Swiss financial institutions and payment providers.
By completing the purchase, the customer explicitly confirms:
- that the product is made of real fur,
- that all sales are final,
- and that no right to return, refund, or chargeback exists for this item.
This policy is presented clearly and prior to purchase and forms an integral part of the contract between the customer and the merchant.
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute contrary to this policy constitutes a contractual breach, as the exclusion of returns was clearly disclosed and expressly accepted at checkout.
This policy applies worldwide!
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund your payment within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that processing times by your bank or credit card provider may vary.

Delivery Times
We process orders within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Average delivery times are:
- Germany & EU: 10–17 business days
- Switzerland, Norway & other European countries: 12–20 business days
- USA & Canada: 12–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 15–20 business days
Please note: During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, sales campaigns, or customs delays due to global events), delivery may take longer. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
